Vision Support is committed to providing the best possible service.

We believe that we achieve this most of the time, however it is vital for us to know when we are (or are not) meeting these needs and expectations to ensure that our services remain at a high and improving standard.

It is therefore critical to ensure that individuals can feed back on the service that they have received in a way that suits them; and that their views are listened to and acted upon.

Some Kind Words About Our Services

“To others experiencing sight loss and all its difficulties I would say give counselling a go. Gemma took my fears and put them into perspective, due to many disabilities my confidence was low, and after completing the course I’ve learnt how to deal with them much better. Of course they are still there, counselling is no magic cure. It’s a way of being understood, even to the Charles Bonnet visions that plague some of our lives. Counsellors have to be relatable, friendly and experienced, mine had all those qualities so thank you Gemma.”

“…A massive  thank you to Moz and Shelley you for all the time that you have spent with me and my family to gain my confidence whilst training me with the white cane, whether it be at my home address or out in the community I have really enjoyed myself,  I know leaning is not meant to be fun but we had a laugh on each of the lessons and getting to know each other well. You make a great team by both helping each other as well as helping the patient that you are training”
