Meet Lowri Bartrum
CEO of Vision Support
Vision Support is approaching is 150th year and whilst we might be well established, we continue to have an enthusiastic and energetic approach to improving the opportunities for people with a Vision Impairment.
Our mission is to:
Raise awareness of vision impairment and to provide services for people who are blind or partially sighted that aim to increase independence and wellbeing, and reduce social isolation across North East Wales and Cheshire.
Our values are embedded in everything we do and working together with people who are blind or partially sighted is at the heart of our organisation. We believe that our services are reflective of what people want but we are always looking for ways to develop our offering, so if you notice that there is something we don’t provide that you would like us to, then please let us know.
Our team of staff and volunteers are our biggest asset and their skills, empathy and knowledge enable us to continue to provide excellent services and support, delivered with creativity and flexibility in mind.
Across the website, you will be able to find many ways to get involved with Vision Support, we have a list of our services, social groups and activities that are going on across the different areas we serve, as well as volunteering opportunities and information about fundraising for us.
We hope that you find everything that you are looking for on here. If there is anything that we have missed from our website that you would like to see, please do get in touch and let us know.
